In the studies of tissue growth, Some workers suggested lipoprotein to be a inhibiting factor.
We also studied tissue growth inhibiting factors in various tissues, observed those factors to be similar to beta-lipoprotein.
From human serum, beta-lipoprotein is isolated by modified Burstein¢¥s method, and animal researchs about normal and malignant tissues are conducted with above mentioned ¥â-lipoproteine, Results obtained were as follow and as expected.
From this evidence, we conducted a trial of clinical treatment on 2 cases (1 squamous cell cancer on skin and 1 adenocarcinoma in rectum) with certain doses of ¥â-lipoprotein around 30 days every day. as a result, ensuing necrosis, softening and finally regression of cancer tissues were observed and no siginficant complications were noted.
These studies are now progressing and final result are pending.
